Tom Allen became a member of the Ciudad Board of Supervisors in 2007 and currently is the Vice-Chair. He is a native New Mexican, and a resident of Albuquerque with a degree in Environmental Engineering and a Master's in Teaching. Tom teaches math and is a MESA advisor at South Valley Academy, and was previously a math and science teacher at Bosque School. Tom spent many years teaching watershed science, taking students to study and monitor water quality in the Rio Grande Bosque as well as in the Sandia and Jemez Mountains.
